Phoenix Doula’s are here to support you throughout pregnancy, labour and
birth

What birth support from Phoenix Doula’s looks like:

  • One complimentary
    consultation in person or on zoom, to see if we are the right fit for each other!

  • Two antenatal visits. These visits are so we can take the time to learn more about each other, what you would like from your Birth Doula and to work together to understand your birthing preferences ahead of time. We will discuss how we can work as a team at home and at your birth place.

  • Text and phone support as soon as our agreement is signed.

  • Continuous labour support - we will be on call for you from 38 weeks right up until your labour. This will be inclusive of; emotional reassurance, assistance in creating a calm and safe environment for your labour, helpful suggestions throughout labour on positions, helpful breathing techniques and holding space for your to make calm and confident decisions.

  • One postpartum visit, so we can check in to see how you are and how you’re settling in with
    baby.

NB: during the on call period, we will always try our best to be within an hours drive from you - however please note that due to Dublin traffic and other unforeseen events, sometimes there can be some delays in us getting to where you are within the hour period.

NB: Our birth rate is inclusive of x2 antenatal visits, birth support, on call support from 38 weeks, unlimited support via phone and x1 post partum visit. Please note this rate is not inclusive of VAT.
